Freedom Capoeira

Mike "Lagarto" teaches capoeira in Overland Park, KS. Develop great cardio, strength and flexibility in this engaging and challenging class.  Each class will focus on an aspect of capoeira, as well as review music, dancing, and other aspects of the culture.  Each session ends with an intense endurance workout to push your physical limits. Can’t go to the gym every day or afford a personal trainer? Get an intense 2-hour capoeira power work-out to get you through the work week.  The first class is FREE for new students!
